Why Im Not Using Clickfunnels
Even though Clickfunnels could possibly be the most well-known sales funnel software , you often hear people speaking about earning a lot of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Why Im Not Using Clickfunnels
Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everybody will.
Everything depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this article, I will lay out some of the fundamental ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I have tried several ways myself, also will share what works best for me personally.
Let’s lay out some of the procedures that are promotional that are most frequent.
Please be aware, this is not the methods all. But, being a part of several Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I commonly see mentioned.
- Facebook Advertising
- Google Adwords
- Bing Advertising
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Ads
Below, we’ll explore each method a little more in depth. Hopefully this can help you decide which method best contrasts with you.
One of the most usual ways of boosting Clickfunnels within an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels teaches you to perform this in their Affiliate Bootcamp. Why Im Not Using Clickfunnels
Now, is this way effective?
For me it wasn’t. I found that because this is educated in the bootcamp, it’s somewhat saturated. Imagine thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the same product.
Basically, that is what it is. Now, some people today offer a free lead magnet, to get an email address; and at the follow up attempt and get the customer to choose the free + transport book offer.
This turns out to be a far more effective strategy, if you are wishing to go the Facebook ad route.
Up next, is another paid visitors source; Google Adwords.
Now, a lot of people have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The very popular and well-known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he’s broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate.
The down side to Google Adwords, is how competitive it is. Especially since the launch of Spencer’s class Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of the path, many people have dove headfirst to the Adwords method, driving the price of a single Clickfunnels trial throughout the roof.
I’ve seen folks paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a demo; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a bit too rich for my blood.
For the reason of Adwords being high, some people have turned to advertisements on Bing.
Although Bing is not quite as popular as Google, keep in mind it is still accountable for approximately 33% of all internet traffic.
Lately in case you have an Android phone, you may have noticed when clicking a link in your own email, the URL opens into Bing rather than Google.
As a result of this, I’d expect Bing traffic to increase. Therefore, it may be a excellent opportunity for Bing Ads. In reality, I am aware of a couple people who are very effective together.
This method could work in conjunction with paid traffic, or as a stand alone entity.
First off, you need to get an email list constructed first. You would like the listing to be built with a viewer interested in making money online (also referred to as the MMO niche).
Another viewer that may do nicely as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you’ve got business contacts on your list. Especially people in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From that point you would want to market Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that’s by supplying a ton of free price, or a direct magnet. Or, even a share funnel, which we will discuss next.
Since it is said that it requires someone around 7 days of seeing something average, before they purchase; the goal here would be to keep showing them the worth of Clickfunnels.
The end result is that a certain percentage of people will wind up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, offer them guidance, or free tools to help them along. Why Im Not Using Clickfunnels
The end aim is obviously you want them to turn into a paying subscriber, in which you would create a recurring commission for each month they remain.
This is a very effective method for accessing Clickfunnels trials. The drawback for this, is that you have to be a Clickfunnels member, and be adequate at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive traffic to a landing page, in which you literally give these away funnels at no cost.
The goal here, is for people to not be Clickfunnels members , so they’ll have to sign up with your link, then import the funnel in their dashboard.
Does this job, it had been the very first strategy that actually worked on me a year or so ago. This really is a win-win in most cases.
The brand new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which can potentially enable them to begin collecting trials instantly. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that provided the funnel, new trials. From there, you would send some useful followup emails, together with advice on the best way to land the visitors, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting mails from the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re working to convert trials with your funnel, they are attempting to convert you.
It’s not as easy as it sounds. Since in order for this to be effective, you need to have traffic naturally. This may be done by paid visitors, email advertising or SEO; which we’ll speak about now.
For those of you that do not understand, SEO is my bread and butter. Sure, it takes more time to start making progress. However, it requires little to no cash to begin.
The goal behind SEO, is to write high quality and helpful articles (such as this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc..
Once it takes a while to position, after it does a good post can bring in traffic for many years to come; with minimal upkeep.
This is my preferred method when beginning, since I didn’t need to sink a lot of money into paid traffic. The con about paid visitors, is that although you can get traffic fast, you need to constantly keep sinking money into advertisements, or the visitors ceases.
You don’t need to worry about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, most my earnings are gain.
Here’s a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic about April of last year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I have earned in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The good thing about SEO, is how it begins to compound once your website (s) start to rank.
If you are interested in how I personally learned SEO, then you can take a look at the course I took here. Why Im Not Using Clickfunnels
Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most popular approaches to building an email list.
You probably won’t get any trials, maybe a stray 1 or two from conducting a solo ad. But, you should get a decent amount of optins to your list.
From there, you would use the email marketing strategy, to attempt to convert your new listing readers to Clickfunnels trials. With powerful email advertising, this can be a terrific way to earn commissions at the long run.
The good news about solo ads, is that they are a list in which you will permanently own.
You do not possess Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email listing.
If Facebook closed down I know a great deal of people personally, who’d be SOL.
Another plus to solo ads, is that as soon as you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate offers. It is not for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp. You can register here at no cost. The motto for this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”. Although I find that a bit extreme, it’s extremely informative, and can be very beneficial if you choose to undergo it. To be able to perform all of the coaching, you may at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after two weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I have done it in the past.
It is done through the dashboard, so there is no need to need to talk to anybody about it, should you decide it’s not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be quite rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate. Like anything, there are various men and women who fail. But if you simply do it, and tweak things as you go, you will be successful. Why Im Not Using Clickfunnels
My advice for you would be to pick 1 strategy which contrasts with you, and learn it. I visit a good deal of people who remain stuck, since they split their attention in too many directions.
This does not help you scale. It holds you back.
