Should I Use My Own Domain With Clickfunnels
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software , you often hear people speaking about earning a lot of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Should I Use My Own Domain With Clickfunnels
The answer is absolutely. But, not everybody will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and the way you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Approaches
In this article, I will lay out a few of the fundamental ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I have tried a few ways , also will discuss what works best for me.
Let’s lay out some of the most common procedures that are promotional.
Please be aware, this isn’t the methods all. However, being a member of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the ways that I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Advertising
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Ads
Below, we will discuss each method slightly more in depth. Hopefully this can help you decide which method best contrasts with you.
Among the most usual ways of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels teaches you to perform this in their Affiliate Bootcamp. Should I Use My Own Domain With Clickfunnels
Now, is this manner effective?
For me it wasn’t. I found that because this is educated in the bootcamp, it’s somewhat saturated. Imagine tens of thousands of people, all running the exact same ad, for the identical item.
Basically, that’s what it is. Now, some people offer a complimentary lead magnet, to obtain an email address; and at the follow up try and get the client to choose the free + transport book offer.
This turns out to be a much more effective approach, if you’re wishing to go the Facebook ad route.
Next, is just another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, many individuals have made a whole lot of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, with Adwords. The very popular and well-known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he has broken 1 million dollars as an affiliate.
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of his course, a lot of people have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, forcing the cost of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I’ve seen people paying upwards of $400 for a click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that’s a bit too rich for my blood.
Because of Adwords being so high, some individuals have turned to advertisements on Bing.
Although Bing isn’t quite as popular as Google, keep in mind it is still responsible for approximately 33% of all internet traffic.
Lately in case you’ve got an Android phone, you might have noticed when clicking a link in your own email, the URL opens in Bing instead of Google.
As a result of this, I would anticipate Bing visitors to increase. So, it could be a great prospect for Bing Ads. In fact, I am aware of a few people that are very successful together.
This method could work along with traffic that is paid, or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you need to have an email list constructed first. You want the listing to be constructed with an audience interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another viewer that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts in your list. Especially those in a niche such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to promote Clickfunnels in your email followups. Instead that’s by supplying a ton of free value, or a direct magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we will discuss next.
Since it’s stated that it takes someone around 7 times of viewing something on average, before they buy; the goal here is to keep showing them the worth of Clickfunnels.
The final result will be that a certain proportion of people may end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. As soon as they do, offer them advice, or free tools etc to assist them along. Should I Use My Own Domain With Clickfunnels
The end aim is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, in which you’d create a recurring commission for each month that they stay.
This is a really effective method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The drawback for this, is that you have to be a Clickfunnels manhood, and be adequate at creating a funnel.
What you may do, is drive visitors to a landing page, where you actually give these away funnels for free.
The goal here, is for individuals not to be Clickfunnels members already, so they will need to join with your link, then import the funnel into their dashboard.
Does this work, it had been the first strategy that actually worked on me a year or so ago. This really is a win-win in most cases.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which may potentially enable them to start collecting trials immediately. Also at precisely the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that supplied the funnel, new trials. From that point, you would send some useful followup emails, together with advice on how best to land the traffic, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be receiving emails out of the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they’re trying to convert you.
It’s not as easy as it sounds. Since in order for this to be effective, you have to get traffic naturally. This may be accomplished by paid visitors, email advertising or SEO; that we’ll talk about now.
For those of you that don’t understand, SEO is my bread and butter. Sureit takes more time to start making progress. But, it involves little to no cash to get started.
The goal behind SEO, is to compose high quality and beneficial posts (such as this one), which will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc..
While it takes a while to rank, after it does a fantastic post can bring in traffic for many years to come; with minimal maintenance.
This is my preferred method when starting out, since I didn’t want to sink a lot of cash into compensated traffic. The con about paid visitors, is that although you can get traffic fast, you need to constantly keep sinking money into advertisements, or the visitors stops.
You do not need to worry about this with SEO.
Though I have not made a million dollars using Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit.
Here is a screenshot of my dashboard at the time of this writing.
I began getting Clickfunnels traffic about April of last year. So, about 9 weeks ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The good thing about SEO, is how it starts to compound once your site(s) begin to rank.

Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most well-known approaches to creating an email list.
You probably will not get any trials, maybe a stray 1 or 2 from running a solo advertising. But, you should find a decent number of optins for your listing.
From that point, you’d use the email advertising method, to attempt to convert your new list readers to Clickfunnels trials. With effective email advertising, this can be a great way to earn commissions at the long term.
The good news about solo ads, is they are a list where you will forever own.
You do not possess Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down I know a lot of people personally, who’d be SOL.
Another plus to solo advertisements, is that once you build your record, you can market many different affiliate offers. It is not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp. You may register here at no cost. The motto for this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”. Though I find that somewhat extreme, it is very enlightening, and can be quite beneficial if you decide to go through it. To be able to perform each of the coaching, you may at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you do not feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I’ve done it myself in the past.
It’s done through the dashboard, so there’s absolutely no need to have to speak to anybody about it, should you decide it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be quite rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate. Like anything, there are various men and women who neglect. But if you merely do it, and tweak things as you go, you’ll be successful. Should I Use My Own Domain With Clickfunnels
My advice to you would be to select 1 method which resonates with you, and master it. I see a lot of individuals who stay stuck, because they divide their focus in too many directions.
This doesn’t help you scale. It holds you back.
